Hi, I'm Kennedie Redwood. I am 14 years old and I live in Burlington, Ontario. I am in Grade 9. I am currently playing U15 AA for the North York Storm. I have been playing in net since my first year of U9. I then played U9 B in my second year, U11 A, U11 AA, U13 A, U13 AA and U15AA.

I love playing hockey because it's very fun, competitive, and fast. It is a team sport so every year I get to make new friends and meet new people. For me, it's just very exciting and it makes me happy when I'm playing. I love being a goalie because you never know what's going to happen when you're playing and you always have to be ready. I also like being a goalie because even if your team isn't playing well you can save the game for them or, by making a good save it can shift the momentum completely.

This year is all about development and training. I'm going to work hard this year, use every chance I get to train and work on technical things like positioning, skating, and mental toughness. Next year my goal is to play for a U18 AA team. In the future, I want to play for a junior team somewhere. Then, I want to get a scholarship and play for a D1 university team. Finally, I want to play professional women's hockey and play for Team Canada.

Some of my hobbies are hockey, lacrosse, guitar, tennis, and swimming. I am a very active person, so I love all sports and activities.
